EXOpowder冒口发热覆盖剂应用于铸钢、铸铁明冒口上面，能有效阻止金属液通过明冒口上表面进行热辐射、热对流,减小热量散失。明显延长冒口凝固时间，改善冒口收缩形状,增大冒口安全系数，提高冒口的补缩效果。

使用指南
1.待金属液上升到明冒口高度的1/3时投入最佳。
2.控制浇注高度，确保金属液不从冒口中溢出。
3.覆盖剂投放后，不允许再点浇冒口。
注意事项
本产品在室温、干燥、凉爽处储存，避免过热、潮湿，严格远离火源、热源，贮存处应有消防措施。
